Yearly Registration Fee: A non-refundable fee to be paid registration:   $150/ child 

Holidays: It is possible that if a holiday falls on a weekend, it will be observed on either the preceding Friday or the following Monday.  The school will be closed on the following holidays: 

  • Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • President Day
  • Cesar Chavez Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Veteran’s Day
  • Thanksgiving Break
  • Winter Break            

Staff Professional Development Days (Center Closed): TBA 

Hours: Monday – Friday // 7:30 am – 5:30 pm 

Tuition Payments: The tuition schedule has been established to provide your child with the best possible care at the most reasonable cost to you.  

No cash payments will be accepted at the center.  A late payment of $40.00 will be charged if tuition is not received by the 1st of the month.  Non-payment of fees may result in mandatory withdrawal of your child(ren) from the center. 

There will be no refunds or credits given for any absence or illness, regardless of the duration. 

Late Fees: There is a late fee of $25.00 per 15 minutes or portion thereof for children picked up after the center closing time. 

Withdrawals: To serve as many families as possible, we require 30-day written notice when you decide to withdraw your child. 

Returned Checks: There is a fee of $35.00 for each returned check. If more than two checks are returned, money orders or online payments will be required.
