Backpack Event- Love the 818

Love the 818 is excited to be partnering with Burbank Housing Corporation again for their Back to School Celebration from August 5th through August 7th! There are a couple ways for you to get involved.

August 5th and 6th from 8a-2p we need volunteers to help us organize and stuff backpacks and parent totes then pack them into the U-Hauls for transportation to Saturday’s event. These packing events will take place at our South Hills Burbank Campus.

August 7th, the day of the event, we have three shifts you can choose from which include set-up, distribution, and teardown. We’ll be meeting at the Burbank YMCA.
